Delivery and Returns Information

How much does delivery cost?

• All UK orders include postage
• All European orders - £5.00
• All international orders (rest of the world) - £10.00
  

All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis, so please be aware that recipients outside the EU may have to pay import duty or other taxes. Please check these details before placing an order. We cannot mark orders as gifts.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All our items are sent by Royal Mail 1st class signed for (or equivalent for outside UK)

Timings depend on:

• if we have your item in stock  - sent out each Saturday (guaranteed if ordered by midday Thursday)
  
• customer orders to make and what we have on hand - this is usually 4 - 6 weeks, but we will email you if it will be longer.
  

Do you deliver overseas?

We ship items worldwide. See our charges above.

Can I send to a different address?

Your delivery address can be different to your home billing address, so you can arrange for your goods to be sent to your workplace or a neighbour who you know is in during the daytime. If the delivery person cannot deliver your order because no one is in, a card will usually be left giving instructions on how to arrange re delivery.
 

Refunds

Due to the nature of our business, no refunds will be given if you cancel or you have incorrectly ordered once payment has been taken.

In exceptional circumstances we will refund, but this will incur a £5 administration fee.
